Application:
Plastic Spin Friction Welding Machine is generally used to weld two round thermoplastic plastic parts. During welding, one work-piece is fixed on the bottom mold, and the other workpiece rotates on the surface of the fixed workpiece. The rotary welding machine has a certain pressure acting on the two workpieces, and the heat generated by the friction between the work-pieces can melt the contact surface of the two workpieces and form a forbidden and airtight combination. And them, the positioning spinning is to rotate at a set time and instantly stop at the set position to become fusion.
