• Machine model JC-450S uses servo and pneumatic as assistant part

So the weight of machine model JC-450S is 1100kg and machine JC-180S-A is about 200kg

Differences in subsequent extension functions

• Due to the solid materials used in the clear plastic tube packaging box machine model JC-450S, it can withstand extremely high pressure. Therefore, we can install the hole punch system in the front side of this machine and add paper tube margin crimping device at the middle of machine.
• But for JC-180S-A, we can only keep original plastic / white paper glue sealing or ultrasonic welding function

Differences in Production Efficiency

For the orginal plastic cylinder tubes sealing or welding working speed

• The stable design machine model JC-450S is 900~1500pcs
• The economic design machine model JC-180S-A is 750~1200pcs

For common production target is not quite different. For big production target factory model 450S is better

Differences in prices of machine

• As the materials and parts we use to produce stable design machine model JC-450S is triple of material cost of economic design machine model JC-180S-A.
• So the price of machine model JC-450S is triple of machine JC-180S-A.
• If customers have sufficient budgets and high production capacity requirement for external production, they can consider using stable design clear plastic tube packaging box machine JC-450S.
• If customers just entere the cylinder package tube boxes production industry or their production capacity is not very high right now, we suggestion then to think about our economic design machine model JC-180S-A. They could add one more machine when their prodcution increase in the future.
