Today, let us clarify the differences between this two models of pvc tube boxes machine

1. Out looks and production is different: It is obvious that, for same diameter tubes and same material, production of 4 position model equipment is twice of the double-heads pvc tube boxes machine.
2. Structure different: There are a preheating plate on the middle of double heads margin curling machine. We can see that there in no preheating plate on four positions model machine. Because operator need to place 4 tubes on the curling positions which already preheated. It takes a little long time than only place 2 tubes. That could get same preheating result as place tubes on the preheating plate on double heads model.
3. Save machine cost: As the cylinder PVC/PET tube making machine is automatic. The production can up to be 2000pcs~3000pcs, which is quick a lot than 2 side tube margin curling machine. As usual, we need to use at least 2~3 piece double heads margin curling machine to work with. If customers could use 4 heads tube margin crimping machine, 1 or 2 piece will be enough. And the price of 2 piece double heads margin curling machine is expensive than 1 piece four heads margin curling machine. So if purchase four heads pvc tube boxes machine, client could save some cost for purchasing machine
4. Save labor cost: No matter machine model JC-2012A-2H or JC-2012A-4H, there must be one operator. For same production. JC-2012A-4H pvc tube boxes machine could save one labor cost.
5. Of course, if client is just new for pvc box cylinder packaging box production or not familiar with our pvc tube boxes machines. And all the machine is manual design, JC-2012A-2H is also good choose. When production is increase later, they could choose our multi heads or automatic machines in the future.
